Dr. Oz is scheduled to talk about metabolism boosters on his show today. I am recording the show, so I'll be sure to make comments about it later this week.
 
Dr. Oz discussed 4 metabolism boosters, all which cost under $5.

1. Black Oolong tea, which is very low in caffeine

2. Balck pepper with tomato juice - sprinkle a little black pepper in your tomato juice next time you have a glass

3. Eat more beans (red, white, or black) - they help lower insulin levels, which in turn lowers fat cell growth. Approx 25 grams per day is recommended

4. Ice water - Drinking 8 glasses of ice cold water per day can burn about 70 calories

Just thought this was interesting information and wanted to share!
 
odd about number 4 since that one was scientifically debunked

I can answer that...yes, it is against forum policy to be requesting email addresses. We encourage members to use their PM feature for that.....did you say you can't use your PM feature???
 
I believe you can't PM due to your infractions. When you get multiple infractions, you lose certain features.
