wow, amazing transformation so far! keep up the good work!

i agree that you look less than what you weigh for only being 5'5".

:)

You look AMAZING! You are absolutely beautiful.

I started out around where you did (280lbs) I got down to about 215lbs, but then over the last year or so have climbed my way back up to 250lbs. It's great inspiration to see someone my height and starting weight succeeding.

I looked at your other thread you linked, it says you just started in January? Am I reading that right? You lost all this weight in around 3 months? Do you mind giving us your specific plan you followed? Did you do a lot of exercise? Or focus more on the food part? Lol......I want your secrets :p

Also, do you mind if I ask about skin sagging? Have you experienced any of that?

I'm glad I could inspire you! =)

Yes, I started in January. January 2nd to be exact. As far as Diet, I was eating between 800-1200 a day, about 4-5 small meals a day, doing atleast an hour of cardio per day, along with about 40 minutes of weights usually.

Right now, I'm not dieting unfortuanetly, or going to the gym because of financial circumstances, but I'm still watching what I eat, and I'm going to start walking/jogging/running around the neighborhood here (just recently moved to Georgia from Florida)...even though I completely loathe those exercises...lol.

As far as skin sagging, I have noticed some changes. My boobs started to get saggy =( They were pretty big before. I was wearing around a 42DD-42F, and now that I've lost some weight, the skin doesn't "fill them out" as much. Also, I've noticed some loose skin on my stomach which I've grown to become pretty insecure about. You can kind of see it in the 2nd "now" photo. Another place I've noticed loose skin was my inner thighs. I hit my leg on the ground the other day, and it sent waves up my leg! haha...from all the loose skin and the fat left there...I can clap my thighs without them even having to touch.... o_O rofl.

Hope that answers some of your questions =)

Goodluck and Thank you!

I feel you on the boobs. Even after I gained some of the weight back, my breasts didn't get as big as they used to be and they are definitely lacking a little of the filling. Oh well....

And we are both still young (I believe you are younger than me, so you've got even better skin) so hopefully our skin will recover. You look beautiful regardless and I can't tell in your photos that you have any loose skin.

Thanks for sharing your methods. :) I think conquering the exercise aspect is my next step....that has always been my biggest battle.

Again, you look amazing! Keep it up!

Congrats on your weight loss!! You shaved years off your appearance as well! This website encouraged me to start my diet in mid-January, but I fell off the bandwagon in mid-March. I've been fortunate enough not to gain any weight back (I was able to kick the caloried drink habit all together perminently), but I still want to lose 15-20 lbs. I think you gave me the encouragement I was looking for... thank you!! :D

Amazing.....i just started myself!! hopefully it will all work

YOU LOOK GORGEOUS! I'm really inspired by you because I'm starting at around the same weight you did! I hope to look as good as you when I lose some of my weight!
Keep it up!
