Man what an effort that took...lol A couple of weeks ago I hit 27 pounds lost and just hit a wall. Was still working out but I think my body slowed down the process and I also started to eat a little funky at times. But last week I buckled down and got serious, stricter eating, more cardio and no night eating. Still logging my food everyday on myfitnesspal.com and at gym with my trainer 3 days a week and doing spinning and cardio the other 3 days. The MTV show I Use To Be Fat has me so friggin pumped!!! I also moved my stationary bike into my bedroom.
