I wish I had a better start pic. All of my pictures from my "start time" in February, are in middle of winter and in all the pics I have, I'm wearing tons of clothes....

Oh well. I don't expect anyone to see a difference. I've got just FIVE pounds to go!

thanks guys. I've worked hard, but I'm trying to stay motivated.

I'm 100 times happier with my body than I was when I started, and my fat tummy was my biggest motivation..

blah

I know you "can't spot reduce" and blah blah blah...

but does anyone know if there's anything I can do about my GIGANTIC ARMS?!?! I feel like a freakin' man!

Well done, how did you do it? I've got a big tummy and want to get rid of it. I guess weights will help tone your arms

I average around 1350 kcals per day. I try to eat the healthiest food possible and make good choices. I don't eat huge burritos when I go to chipotle anymore ;)

Eating right, along with cardio and weights. I usually run on the treadmill, but when I started it was too hard so I was doing the elliptical. I also swim, box and weight train.

I guess I should focus on my arms a bit more :-\

Wow! You look fantastic! Yes, I think all you need to do is lift some weights to tone up your arms, not a big deal :D

Great job Kimmy, you're an inspiration!

And yes, you can TOTALLY see a difference, especially in your hips and shoulders. Or at least, that's where I noticed it the most. I hope that I can look like you in a swimsuit soon! :D

It definitely doesn't help that my before pictures suck so much.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVEN'T....PLEASE TAKE BEFORE PICTURES!!! You may not want to because you're not happy with the way you look, but I would kill to be able to compare now.

Thanks for the kind comments. I notice that my right arm appears to have MUCH more muscle than my left arm. I guess I'll work on that.
