Down 122 pounds but newbie to forum!!

Hello everyone!

I'm Brandi, i'm 24 and I live in Florida. I'll keep this short since my long intro is in my diary thread.

June 1, 2010:
Weight: 410 pounds
BMI: 58%

December 1, 2010
Weight: 288 pounds
BMI: 40%

Goal Weight: 199 Pounds
Pounds until Goal: 89 pounds!

I have been getting B12 shots for energy and have been dieting low calorie and low carbohydrate for about 6 months now. Ihave lost 122 pounds so far. I decided to join this forum when I found it online today because I am over halfway to my goal but I am losing motivation and need the support. I fear that my friends and family are going to gag and bind me soon if I don't stop talking to them about my frustrations and my accomplishments. lol jk (they wouldn't really bind me with rope...but they might gag me to hush me up!) haha

What a wonderful transformation already! I have to say that you have been blessed with the curves in ALL the right places! As you continue to lose, you are gonna see more and more of that hottie emerging!

Kind of...lol. Basically over the last month between holidays and then gung-ho dieting i have maintained my weight for a month. But now i'm in the fram of mind that cheating on my diet is okay and i feel all dis-com-bob-o-lated!

I feel now as though I am starting my diet for the first time ever and have SO far to go. Plus I have had a lot of stress in my personal life and my boyfriend and I broke up over New years due to his job change and he had to move out of state and I am in college here so i cant move with him. blah blah blah, anyway, the point is I am trying to get back on track and have just lost my drive :(

Newbie to the board myself but seeing your current progress, I just wanted to congratulate you! I know what you have done already is a great source of inspiration to me and i will be great to hear how much more you can lose!
 
BUMMERS!!!! Hang in there!!! Find some fun new exercises and go to the grocery store and find fun new fruits/veggies/health foods!!! Time for a change-up in nutrition and activities!!!
 
Here is another update!

I've been exercising 5 days a week and dieting like i'm supposed to and now I am down to 273! yay! That means 137 pounds lost and only 74 pounds until my goal weight! yay!
