I’m totally new to fitness. I have never tried to loose weight before but after giving up smoking I want to get healthier! However I have NO idea where to start. I have been sitting on my computer for the last 2 hours reading posts on different websites and stuff and I’m more confused now then when I started.
I am 4ft 11 and about 9.5 stone, an unhealthy BMI so I want to improve this. I am also really unfit (I can’t even touch my toes anymore
). I need some really basic exercises to ease me in gently. I don’t expect big results from this it’s just a starting point for me. So just really basic things to get me ready for more moderate workouts. If anyone could suggest some things to me I would be so grateful. I’m clueless so please explain as well if you could.
