Hello,
I've heard from different people that you should not drink water during a workout. This is because the blood in your body should be concentrated in the muscles to maximize energy and muscle strength, while if you drink water during a workout some of your blood (and therefore energy) is being used by your digestive system to digest water. Is this right?
Also, similar to this, I have also heard not to workout until atleast 1 hr to 1.5 hrs have passed, because you stomach is digesting your food still.
