Hello, I am new to this. Had a wee scan through a few diaries there and decided to go on ahead and create my own. I hope to share my experiences with uns and get some support...Because as we all know life is unpredictable and there are guests, holidays and just bad days hehe :) :) :)
I'l start with the a little bit of background about myself. I am 17 years of age and in my life I have never been really fat. I wouldn't call myself fat right now, just "big", like there are areas that I would like to improve. First of all, is that I have this unbelievably irritating body shape called - PEAR! This is when most of your fat is situated at the bottom, like your thigs, bum and legs. So annoying. Like I am completely happy with my waist and belly, but looking at the bottom..yeah man I would consider myself big.
My weight loss journey started in September 2011 where I have found some diet online and decided to follow the diet for 3 weeks. So naive! Just on the first day I got that hungry, I have ate everything I see.

So...decided to start again. Just after New Year's Eve I have started to eat more healthily, workout at home with Jillian Michaels DVD, run outside and even visit a "toning machine" place where I was running on a treadmill. That's how I have lost about 5kg...then got sick and have lost another 3kg...After that I got lazy and ate everything I could so gained everything back.
Now again, I battle with my weight from September 2012 and still haven't even lost 2kg lol That is because I can't keep it up, I always end up eating and eat for WEEKS.

I have no more time to waste and I want to loose weight once and forever. I have only about 3months left, since Im going home in July and so must be in a good shape. :D

My current weight: 61kg which is about 134 pounds.
Height - 165cm, which is about 5 feet and 4 inches

Goal weight - really, 47kg 103 pounds..but for July I atleast hope to reach 53kg (116 pounds)

Here I will write evey day's menu and what exercise I have done.
