Daaaang, son. You must be very pleased.

I really like your genetics. I mean in terms of shape. That's the sort of long, lean look I think I'd pick if someone gave me a choice. Well, maybe 20 lbs thicker.

Thanks Focus. :) I hope to put on another 20 lbs of muscle before I am done.

I wouldnt mind seeing another standing side picture. See if that postural imbalance has been alleviated.

Great work on the lost weight however.

Your mind provides the HEAT.
Setting fire to your hands and FEET.
As your sun rises on the STREET all personal shadows RETREAT and the light reveals the ELITE

MEET the one with fire flaming from his FEET

And, who has proven he can't be BEAT.

His name is Drex, and he looks impressively SWEET and will not ever experience DEFEAT.

Drex, you have the remarkable and unparalleled ability to realize and use your mental resourcefulness to master all personal difficulties to create opportunities to build the health and fitness body of your dreams.

You have much to be proud of.

Without hesetation, I provide much respect to you.

You prove it can be done.

Best wishes to you for continued personal success.

Nice abs, Drex!

*drool*

Thanks g8r80! I was hoping the abs would come out a little better, but the last 5 lbs came more from other areas and not much from the abs.

Thanks Beaver, Chillen & Dallen! That is an awesome rhyme Chillen!

jmanjman47, I haven't been doing any heavy squats as of late, so not sure where I am. I have been following a routine Derwyddon set up for me and it is designed for helping me with running performance. My heavy days for quads, I did leg press and lunges. I had front squats in my circuit routine, but nothing heavy with squats. I will be doing some heavy squats soon and that is the area I can make the biggest gains right now.

I brought my weight back up some over the summer. A body fat test put me at 6% shortly after my cut (I was over 200 lbs when the body fat test was done) and I think I was a little too lean for my running. I spent a couple months eating a little over maintenace, mainly to allow my body enough calories to recover from my running.

I will be doing another bulk starting Oct 1, so I will use these as my before pics. I will be maintaining through the month of Sept.

Weight: 208 lbs

Left Bicep - 14.88
Right Thigh - 24.63

shave them dang legs for your marathon :)

I was really glad to read that you are in a holding pattern until after your event, code name "september"

FF

You're very welcome. You worked hard to look like that.

You really do need to shave your legs for the marathon. It's "The Rules of Men in Marathons". Seriously. Do it!! They'll look even more cut! ;)

It's not ghey. Triathletes do it all the time. It's purely for the sake of vanity. And chicks dig it ;)
