Hello! I just stumbled on this site last night and so far it looks great! Just the support group I've been looking for.
A little about myself, I'm 23 year old nursing student. I have a great boyfriend of 6 years, who supports me totally with my schooling and weight loss.
I'm 5'4" tall, 187lbs. I have been trying to lose weight for a while now (multiple tried with Jenny Craig, and other diets.) But now I'm ready to change my life. I want more energy and to just gernerally feel and look better. I'm sick of being tired all the time. My goal is to lose 57lbs to get down to my goal weight of 130 by June 27, 2007 my 24th birthday.
I will be weighing in each monday morning.
Yesterday's journal
Breakfast: none (slept in)
Lunch: ceasar side salad, yogurt, water
Dinner: micromeal, corn, crystal light
snack: pretzel sticks with mustard
exercise: 30 min tae bo tape, 20 crunches
Goal for tomorrow: DRINK MORE WATER, 30 crunches.
Today's journal
Breakfast: none (slept in)
Lunch: salad, fruit, roll, diet coke
Dinner:
Snack:
Exercise: 30 min tae bo tape, 30 crunches
Goal for tomorrow: DRINK MORE WATER, 35 crunched, walk dogs
