This is my progress pic from Nov to now. Now i have been lifting so my progress has been boosted by this. So now it crunch time

Yes. With just 5 lbs of fat loss and maybe some muscle gain your manboobs are going away. Very good.

Didn't you have some larger pictures in another thread?

Thanks and yeah i've been gaining muscle and eating all the protein i can without turning to supplements.


On monday after i lifted and did my cardio i went out and timed myself running a 400 meter. i got on an average before of 2:20. When i ran it on monday i got it in 1:52. I was so happy because that proves i'm getting in better shape. Oo and today after my lowerbody lifts and cardio i decided to try and run a 1/2 mile which is two laps around a track and time it. Before i usually would get around 5:30 today i got 4:12.

I'm aiming for an 8:00 min mile so yeah :)
 
Thanks . :) If you don't mind me asking, where in IL are you from? I am going to be there for two weeks the start of May. My second trip there. I was also there in Dec of last year.

I live about 30 mins east of Springfield in Decatur.
 
Ok guys quick update for today

My diet went very well full of lean meata, protein and also some good fats(peanuts). Today did some cardio(elliptical). Tomorrow is back and shoulder lifting. So i will hit the weights hard and also might do some cardio. :)
 
Today was an AWESOME day. Diet was on top. Well the day not over yet but i'm going to eat about maybe 2 or 3 more small meals. My workout was back and shoulder lifts. Then i did HIIT on the treadmill.( which is no joke i might add). I also did some core trainning( situps etc.....).

We will....well you already are a spartan. I will be one soon dude lol. I'm a SIT(Spartan in Training) lol.

Spagetthi with wheat pasta intsead of whole and some ground turkey instead of ground beef. With green pepper and onions with some tomato sauce and Pregro. Yummy and the best


IT WAS NUTRIOUS and DELICIOUS :). Had some at 3:00 and then again at 6:00 it was the bomb forreal.

The scale not moving but that doesn't matter to me. As long as i notice differences in myself and my lifts are going up so i must be doing something right.

Guys sorry up to last week i've been working out and eating well

But this past week i got an ear infection that got worse on Friday. My ear started to bleed so now i'm put on 5 antibiotics one with steroids in them. So one of the side effects is weight gain( the one thing i don't want to hear)., I haven't been able to eat very much so that probably going to effect my progress, and working out is going to have to be put on the backburner for a while.

I have to go see a ear specialist to see if i have any hearing loss in my ear. So i've been advised not to do anything virgious for the next 2 weeks. This medicine it so weird lol makes me feel so weird and then all of the sudden i get tired. It sucks forreal. I can't wait to get back into the gym.
