Doing it! Progress

Well here I am, 10 days into my new lifestyle. Looking at this thread is really motivating me to get my butt of the couch and do something haha. I admire all the people here, who've done it and are doing it, it's so great!

I'm 5'9, started out at 198 lbs and today I am at 195 lbs.

Anyway this is my progress. I didn't count the first 3 days and didn't take any pictures because I put myself on a home made fruit smoothie detox and everything that was lost those 3 days was mostly water weight.

Any improvements? My mind is pretty much warped so I need objective opinions lol. :D

You look like you carry your weight really well! Your stomach is pretty flat for 195 and you have great curves! I read your other post also and it seems like with your commitment to change that you'll do well.
 
You are the same height, weight and build as me :) what are you doing excersise wise, if any? I find that swimming is helping me a great deal.

Yay my twin haha! Exercise wise I've started cardio 6 times a week and a power yoga/pilates blend once a week for toning.

I love swimming but sadly it's still kinda cold here and I can't go for now. But once it warms up I'm replacing cardio for swimming :D
