i hear different from every source i meet.
some say that both is the best way to burn fat and make muscle ..
some say that you cant do both, because weightlifting makes it harder to burn fat.
i want to do both ... i really do think its possible to lose max fat and make good gains at the same time.
is what im doing here not true or what ?
