i dont really have any b4 and after photos but i just want to know if this slide show will work:

btw iv been bulking for 2 weeks now(i no im puny) :( my left arm is smaller than my right.

i will post picks in 4 week intervals.

i need someone to tell me if they can get into my account or not plz

you need to give a password to get in. What you need to do is copy the url under the pic you want to post and then click the 14th button on the second row of this screen and paste the url there. the button is the one that looks like a little mountain with tiny little sun in the corner.
 
you got a good frame kid, all you need now is to start bulking, keep focused on trying to increase your weight while keeping the rep range between 6 and 10. pick a weight and lift...if you get 10: great, now you can add weight for the next set. if you gidn't get 10 reps, do that weight again....i'm sure you get the picture (that and i really didn't feel like typing it all out :D)

look around and read up on proper bulking and then make yourself a routine. post it and we'll all give you help.

here's where i started when i was looking for info on how to bulk, it helped me alot, hopefully you get something out of it too:
 
hey, thanks for posting, phreak. i have a hgm program down and im following it now; it says that i should do 12-15 reps; should i listen to them or just do the 10 rep thingy?

how many sets should i do: im doing 2 sets/exercise

im on phase one now. :D
 
You are a prime bulking candidate.

Utilize that link that Phreak provided you with. It's a good one.
 
Haha HGM I spanked phase one on that.. get bulking never mind HGM its great for losing bf% not beefing up. you'll get lean and hard or tight which ever you prefer but not big..... just my $0.02

ok then can u guys help me put together a bulking full body 3x a week routine? i think i can trust u guys kuz u r pretty big and have xperience :D
 
i think i will have to do some kind of routine with full bodies for a couple weeks then i will switch. i heard about the 5x5 but instead, it works 4 of 5 days with small workouts with splits allowing good recovery and 2 exercises per workout. i might switch to that after. can you guys recommend a rep range for me to gain max muscle?

You didn't even look at the link I provided you. That description of the 5X5 is the furthest away from what it is.

lol did so... i was describing another routine that bipennate gave me :eek:

i dont understand the part of how u determine how much weight u lift for the first 4 sets... read this from the article:

95 for 5 135 for 5 175 for 5 200 for 5 then attempt 220

his original max was 215 so now on his last rep, hes trying 220. but how did he get 95, 135, 175, and 200? is there some percent like 1st set is 45%...ect?

i guess i will do 5x5...but i dont understand how to get the weight for the reps! lol...can someone explain this to me?

He's attempting to break though a new max or whatnot on the last set of 5. That's where the 220 comes from. If you want to make it simple, use the same weight for all 5X5. Bump the weight up 5-10 lbs when you get all the 5X5.
