Does this stuff really work?

Does this stuff really work? My gut tells me no.

What are your thoughts? Have any researchers done anything to test this?

Ahahaha, wow.

Really sorry about that, guys. I can't believe I forgot that...here it is:

The shoe and the vest/shorts.

The best exercises/training is the stuff that mimics the real actions you're doing and improves those, and I'm worried that strange shoes and weighted equipment might disorient those actions. But if they work, well then yeah.

I just took an AP: Statistics course last year (got a 5 on the AP test, thank you, thank you), and the "Medical Research" shown on the tab on the right side of the webpage looks on par. The p-value of below .05 means the results they found were real, but nonetheless they only used 20 people in the sample.

Does anyone know of any more credible research disproving the effectiveness of this type of shoe? I did a google but I couldn't find anything good.
