Does this machine workout the whole abdominal area?

This is the machine I use to workout my abs.. I must say it's pretty hard work lol I usually do 4 sets of 15. Does anyone know if this machine is enough to workout the whole abdominal area (lower part, obliques ...) ??

I would'n say this machine is significantly more effective than doing ab routines on the floor with weights etc..
