Does this help at all????

Hey everyone I was just wondering how much this will help. TOnight i had a family birthday party and kind of pigged out a little bit eating around an extra 800 calories I think. Not a smart moving seeing that my weigh in day is tomorrow morning. Before I went to the party i did a half hour of cardio. Around 7 we had the chicken parmajan for dinner with some rice, and I had one piece of cheesecake, and a piece of cake. Grabbed at a cheeze doodle here or there as well. I came home around 8 o'clock. I just decided to do another 30 minutes of cardio which i completed. I now have to go work out and hit on the heavy bag for a little bit. Does doing all this after a bad eating session help at all with the burning of calories and weight loss and how much will my weight be affected tomorrow morning.

atleast its better than nothing and letting it sit in your stomach all night. Plus i bet taking a nice crap after that eating binge is good also haha

Hi Danny

Too many calories are never a good thing but it really depends on how often it happens. If you are usually quite 'good' with your food intake and have regular exercise then the occasional time when you over indulge yourself won't really matter a lot.

Just keep to a reasonable level of calories plus good sessions of exercise and don't feel guilty when you do pig out, but don't do it too often!
