Okay, gang....... When I'm exercising (not actually during exercise, but during the weeks when I am) I find that my body naturally purges excess food.
Does this happen to anyone else? (more details.....)
Okay..... let's say...... I have a really huge binging night...... well.... If it's during a period of exercise, I find that my body sort of naturally figures out that there's too much food in my system and removes it.. (yes... through... pooping)
This is also reflected when I stand on the scale, I find it is much easier to bounce back from a bad day of eating.
(Additionally, during times of exercise, my hunger is usually much better, and I can return to normal eating the next day... when I'm not exercising,... I might go on a two or even three day round of very bad eating)....
so.........
does anyone else find this to be true:?

Sounds logical that the body would do that during times of eleveated metabolism to make room for more fresh food. I have never thought of that before so I can't say if I've had the same experience. What I have though experienced with prolonged exercise (hard labor) is that it increases hunger.
