Well, you're 16...so I wouldn't worry too much. running that much will burn more calories, and having a caloric surplus is what will keep you in an anabolic (muscle building) state.
Pro bodybuilders will do very little cardio during their bulking phases. To truely bulk up, you'd probably need to cut down on the running. Otherwise your muscle gains will be much slower. maybe cut back to 2 days of running for a month, and see how much weight you gain. You sound pretty athletic, and are only 16 so yer still growing, so cutting back on running shouldn't cause you to gain much fat.
Make sure you're getting complex carbs, fiber, and plenty of healthy fats. Diets too low in fat will stunt your own testosterone production which will stunt your gains.
