Hello, I am a new member. Greetings to all.
The tittle of this thread refers to an article that I found in "Medical News Today" Link removed
It is about a new review of a group of researchers and I would like to know what you think about this matter.
I wait for your opinions

I suppose it's reasonable that diet, broadly defined, would influence mental health, also broadly defined - for example loading a body with stacks of fats and sugars (eating nothing but doughnuts. for example) would have to make the body sluggish, and that would probably contribute to depression. But otherwise, it's a bit hard to say. Perhaps, if you want to discuss this, you could give a synopsis of the article, perlham - and your own opinions or experience.

Thanks for your answer. I think like you, anyway I have sent you the link by private message. You can to read the full article now

[/ CITA]

What's your own interest and experience in this, perlham? Are you trying to follow any particular diet, or address any particular possible nutritional deficiencies?

If you're happy and healthy eating however you're eating, I would say probably don't change a thing! :)
If you're a bit concerned about things, and wonder if diet could help, maybe talk to a professional? (I am absolutely not an expert in nutrition.)
