Does creatine work for fat-loss?

I've got alot of fat to lose.
Will creatine do anything for me? I've read about how it helps out bodybuilders with weight training, but what about fat-loss?

you can search this type of thing.. it has been discussed quite a bit. It is a question of preference. Creatine has no fat burning effects itself, it is rather a power and size booster. While you are 'cutting' you are generally doing exercises that do not require massive exertion so it is not necessary. It can give you a boost in strength and add on a few reps when you are lifting heavy, but it is definitely not something that is commonly used for fatloss purposes.
Another thing many creatines do is force the cells to hold water and this gives you a slightly softer look, if you are cutting this might not be a desirable effect. Some creatines boast "no Bloating", but IMO the scientific research is neglegable.

Its all about your preference really.

I've read studies saying both. I just can't find a definate answer. So, I guess I'll just have to experiment. I thought maybe it could help me with the cardio, and therefore burn more fat. But, it comes with 10g of sugar carbs per serving, so I may just be burning the sugar if I drink it before cardio.

you dont have to buy one of those creatines loaded up with extra stuff if you dont want. They are, IMO, only good for loading, once you are on it, good old monohydrate will do.
