I weigh myself every morning, I have been doing this forever. I also keep a notebook of EVERYTHING I eat and also when I exersise. Anyone else ?
 
I don't weigh myself every day all the time as I find I get a little obsessed about numbers and results and less about dropping the pounds steadily and in a healthy way. Why do you weigh yourself everyday? Does that work for you?

And yes, a lot of us on here log our food each day. It's a great way to keep us accountable, isn't it?! :D Our diary section on here would be perfect for you x

I do! I weigh myself as soon as I wake up and I write everything down in a little blue notepad. It usually goes something like this:

Date:
Woke up @
Weight:
BMI:

Breakfast @
2 eggs
Water x1
Supplements
Green tea
(I have the same breakfast every morning)

Lunch @
-
-
Water x1

Workout @ _____ for ____mins
Cals burned
Water x2

Dinner @
-
-
Water x1

It has become a habit now. Anytime I do anything, I write it down. It's incredibly helpful to look back and see what I may be doing right or wrong. Once a month, I also take my measurements and write those down as well. :waving:
