Do you see any change?

I've been doing treadmill 4 times a week for 30 min for the last 6 week, and I also do about an hour of weight lifting.


I just wanted to see if you guys can tell that there is a difference between the two pictures.

Me Personally I feel Stronger and healthier now

My only problem is the fat in the chest area which looks a bit better now, but I don't know if I will ever get rid of them by doing what I'm doing now.
