can anyone help me on thes e few please

1 trainees goals and necessities for strength
2 trainees goals and necessities for endurance
3 increase range of motion/ decrease injury
4 motor fitness?? are we talking a 6 cylinder 12....or what.... just kidding "motor" refers to movement....the motor fitness of an athlete depends on his/her sport....an average jane or joe...just talking about everyday functional ability
5 -genetics -physical "starting point" -goals to be obtained
6 strength-simple measurement of ability a muscle can use force
endurance-measurement of the duration a muscle is able to apply force with power and strength....or something like that

....so what is all this for....you cheating on a test??

LMAO

Yeah, I was just thinking that translation is the process by which proteins are generated from an mRNA sequence by attaching amino acids to one another. So... Which specific type of RNA includes the anti-codon loop and is bound to a specific amino acid?
is it tRNA, mRNA, rRNA or pRNA?

I was just wondering thats all.
