i would be interested to find out who is supporting you in reaching your goal. Is your familiy supportive or do they ignore the fact that you want to lose weight?
My biggest downfall is chocolate and ice-cream and I am very fortunate to have a partner that helps me not to indulge too much. Sometimes this is very annoying...I sit down with a bar of chocolate and start eating and after two pieces comes the comment - "don't you want to leave some for next time" or better "it all tastes the same, whether you eat two pieces or ten". Well, most of the time I pack it away. Like I said sometimes annoying while it is happening, but in the end I am very thankful and happy. Not only does it prevent me from feeling bad that I ate it at all and gaining weight it also makes the chocolate last that much longer and I can indulge in 'two' pieces the next time
