Do u want to loose Fat?

Slenderbody read the research above, the temperature of the water makes no difference to weight loss, and adding extra calories in the form of honey is NOT going to help you loose weight.
Trusylver.. thank you for your views.. I have read so many articles and write even on the same.. you may google it.. hope you will find.. :)

interesting, but not what I asked for. Those sites "claim" to have benefits. I claim to have the cure for cancer, but I can't prove it ... just like there is no proof that honey and water can help lose weight (unless it's simply by not eating enough)

Calorie Deficit Explained

A calorie deficit is the magic everyone has been looking for.

Well maybe not everyone, but everyone who is looking to lose weight and body fat. This is what makes weight loss possible. Being in a caloric deficit allows your body to use fat stores as energy causing you to lose weight, and body fat.

Yeah . . . .

I wish they would of told me that when I first started. All these supplements, magic pills nope not the answer.

A calorie deficit is when you expend more energy than you consume. As an example let’s say I eat 2500 calories but burn 3000 calories that same day. This puts me in a 500 calorie deficit for that day.

Quick note: one pound of fat is 3500 calories.

Being in a deficit will force the body to use none food source as energy – fat. Although muscle tissue can be used as energy too. You can’t completely negate the effect of muscle tissue being used as energy when being in a calorie deficit. Some muscle tissue will be lost no matter what we do, but you can do your best to keep as much as possible by setting up your nutrition and training correctly.

Losing Weight

The only requirement to losing weight is being in a calorie deficit. The most important and first step you want to take is figuring out how many calorie you currently burn a day.

Bodyweight (lbs) X 14-17 = estimated calories expended (this is a guesstimate)

Note: that the 14-17 number corresponds to activity level. They are;

14 = (little or no exercise)

15 = (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week)

16 = (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week)

17 = (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/week)

I will use myself as an example.

230lbs x 17 = 3910 calories

The next step is to minus 500-1000 calories from the number your body burns each day.

Who doesn't want to look beautiful? But the reason why they keep on gaining weight and becoming ugly (unhealthy) is that they eat what they "like". They don't stop consuming junk food and living a lethargic life on the couch.

Why I hate being FAT?
Let's face it; being fat takes A LOT of effort!
Being fat takes much more than the normal amount of effort, on both physical and psychological levels.
When I'm fat it takes so much out of me!
Well, I figured I have over 100 pounds to lose and I think there will no hope for me getting slimmer.
That's not the case, when I found a hack on how to do get slimmer, physically fit and healthy.
In 10 days, I lose 7 pounds! This stuff works WONDERS and places on my body are getting firmer.

wait didn't I tell you that I did this without going to the gym and drinking any supplements?
Yes it is.
do exercise daily harder as you can simple.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

It is wrong to imply that by gaining weight people become ugly.
Plenty of obese people are very attractive - it is the personality that counts to most discerning people.
They may have an unhealthy weight but that does not make them ugly.

Ugliness comes in all shapes and sizes - as does beauty.

Hi,

i have experience of using honey with warm water, it really cuts your fat and helps you to live a healthy and maintained life.

You need to make such a big effort to burn fat but it does not mean, you must do it quickly. Patience and you goals are the golden key. Make an excercise daily if you are overweight please do not run like crazy horses, on the contrary go for brisk walking 6 times a week which takes for 30-45 minutes. Once after you catch this and feel something difference in your body, increase daily walk time.

This is why you don't "need" to do any cardio each week to lose fat. While cardio is great for overall health, it will never be as powerful as a quality eating plan.
