Do the 15 min workouts in Men's Health actually work?

They're better than nothing but not a great way to plan your training.

I buy mens health every month but never listen to what they say about training. they're dependant upon people seeing fantastical new ideas to buy the mags. the fact they change the 'golden' workout each month says a lot about how much use they are.
 
I agree with Ben:

The movements are intriguing and could be useful, but make them a component of a larger, more effective workout.
