Do I workout when I have a cold?

Hey guys,

Just wondering - I have a cold today (runny nose, sore throat, cough, headache, you know...all the good stuff) and I was wondering if I should be working out today or not. What do you think? I couldn't find a thread about this, but maybe I just missed it!

I would put some extra heavy sweats on and get out there and get it done! The extra sweat always helps me get over it quicker!

You can make excuses or make progress...the choice is yours!
