Do i need to lose weight or..

Hi, look at the picutes below,

which do you reccomend i do,

Lose weight
Cut
Bulk

I was thinking more of weight lose but not sure wheather i should bulk instead.

Post your thoughts.

You may want to consider these questions:

1. Do you feel limited in activities you do because of lack of strength?

2. Is your waist measurement (at about navel height) more than half of your height?

If the answer to question 1 is yes, then you may want to prioritize strength training at least until the answer is no. If the answer to question 2 is yes, then you may want to prioritize fat loss until the answer is no.
