At my heaviest I was 311 lbs, I'm now down to about 250. Still quite a ways to go but anyway...I've always been a very athletic person, even with my size. I was never really that slow and always had pretty good endurance for someone my size. The first time I got on a stationary bike to try to start my weight loss I rode 15 miles. Granted, I've always had really strong legs from the sports I play
So my question is, do I and other people who are still quite athletic even while being overweight have it easier when it comes to weight loss? I have some other friends who aren't athletic in any way and it seems like it's hard for them to stay motivated since they simply get frustrated that they can't do as much as they want to.
I don't mean for this thread to sound like I'm bragging at all, it's just something I've observed, like if I have it easier then it shouldn't be this hard for me to stay motivated lol.
