I’m 37 years old a mum of 3 kids. I work as an AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER.I used to be very fit before I had my third child. I stopped working out and i wasn't taking a good care of myself as i was giving priority to my husband and kids. My son is 6 years old now and i put on 60 pounds. I hate dieting cuz it makes me feel so low and miserable. I hate to go the gym cuz i hate to workout with machines. What made me gain weight is emotional eating. I eat only when i look at myself in the mirror and see how fat i became. I always look for a quick fix that’s why i never continue. Yesterday i started with a martial arts instructor who is ready to come to me every day for an hour .He was tough and good. I woke up today feeling pain all over. What i need to know is how many time should i workout in a week ?and do i need to diet or is reducing the amount of food is good enough?
