Dizzy when Exercising

On Tuesday and Thursday's for one hour in the morning I participate in a Strenthening and Kickboxing class. Recently I have noticed that when I go from the floor to standing up I get dizzy. Do you know what would cause this? I have been doing this type of exercize for about 6 months so it really isn't new. Someone told me that it may mean that I am low in electrolytes but I have no idea. I drink at least 64 oz of water each day and the days I work out I drink double that.
 
what i would think is the blood is rushing to ur head. im not sure though.

my friend does sit ups and one arm push ups and that happens to him

right when he stands up after doing push ups it happens
 
Thanks for replying. It just gets annoying because we'll do a few reps of something with the bands and then do reps sitting down of something else or simple push-ups and we'll do that over and over so I am constantly going from standing to sitting and being dizzy that often cannot be a good thing.
 
i don't know much about this but try putting ur head up while doing ur push ups. like your eyes are looking strait, instead of looking at the floor.

and if possible when ur done with one set of push ups or sit ups, get up slowly.
