I am new here,
My name is Greg
and I have had trainers before and been on everything from vitamins to steroids to anabolics...
The problem I am having is that I just cant keep in shape. (i have done probably close to 1000 ab sit-ups/crunches a week and weight trained)
I can not seem to get muscle nor loose m mid section for the life of me..
My build is husky, but trim shaped. I go to the gym every other day to every 2nd day max. (3-4 times a week) I work everything on different days.
I have done these work outs before and tried almost everything but cant keep the muscle and fat off.
Currently I am 210 pound. and its almost like I have sculpted fat?
bicepts arent really getting bigger...My job consists of lots of movement on cement and around cars..
I just cant understand whats going on
Btw: my diet consists of a normal breakfast like and orange juice, bagel or flat bread sandwich. lunch is a small chicken wrap and fuze slenderize drink, and dinner is anything boneless skinless chicken and some type of salad or vegetable...I dont drink nor do I smoke..
I can run for the life of me...am i just a lost cause?
