I am limited in what i can do, cant walk very far because of the injury, and waiting a total hip replacement, i'd like to have the body of an Adonis, unfortunately i lack motivation.
I have started to promise myself swim once a week, and i'll eventually join the gym.
Bit scared as i dont know what regime to follow.
I'd basically like to tone my upper body, can someone recommend some equipment etc
