Dio you have a good recipe?

I'll tell you what I've been doing this week and it's been great. I take a whole wheat pita and split it so that I essentially have two big circles. I toast those with about a 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 2 tablespoons of chopped onion.
Then I combine some chopped tomato, chopped black olive and chopped avocado, a little olive oil, salt and oregano. Once the cheese is melted I pull out the pita and spoon the tomato mixture on top.

It's delicous and I feel like I'm eating pizza. But it's only about 475 calories, I'm eating much healthier ingredients and it is satisfying enough to be an entire meal.
