Dilema!!!

not to sound big headed but iv been told i have a very good body mt chest, back arms and legs are very defined and im very happy with them i go the gym reguarly and i play semi pro football and do a lot of boxing on thing however i cant seem to get is an 8 pac. i have four on show and very prominent but the last four are impossible to see, i have tried every ab excersise i have seen but non seem to focus on these lower ab muscles, it makes me look flabby in the belly button are but i cant see to help it or get rid of it! please help anyone know what excersizes i should be doing or is this a common problem?
 
8 minute abs. youtube. do it. Then do the lower ab excersises after resting. You must follow a protien oriented veg type diet. califlower, broccoli, etc. you can eat chicken and all that too... the vegs clean out the expansion dump which is a problem with older dudes like me. Gotta run too. Everyone has ab muscles , they're just buried beneath fat.
