Ive been noticing in the movies and in the gym and wherever else that some guys' stomach muscles stick out farther than others..like theres this guy at the gym I go to....I swear the dudes gotta be on steroids....huge pecks, big arms,..and a perfect six pack....but it sticks out as far if not farther than his chest does....Ive seen other guys whos gut is way farther in with the six pack....what does this all mean?....different body types or workout routines er something?
P.S...Ive been workin my gut out for a while and I am able to tighten it up, have all my friends punch me as hard as they can( Trust me I know how stupid that sounds) and laugh at them for it lol, yet they still dont show hardly at all...and my chest sticks out farther than my stomach if that makes any difference....is there anything that I can do to make them show more??....besides dieting???...or do I just need to make them stronger?
