different exercise every day?

hi there
what do you think about having different session every day?
i go to my local gym about 5 times a week. recently i got really bored with my full body orkout in a gym (using machines and free weights) that ive started attending classes.last week for examlpe ive done 1 v-cycle 2 zumba classes 3 body pumps 2 my normal sessions in a gym and ive added 1 circuit program in a gym and i was swimming 2 times. after almost every session i was doing some cardio. what do you think about program like this? my aim is to still lose some weight and fat im 22 my weight is 70kg.
would program like this bring pore possitive result then just gym and cardio? or is it better to stuck with one rutine for a while and then change it??
 
its tough to say whether or not this is a good idea, you are working out 11+ times in a 5 days. leaving 2 days for recovery way at the end of the week. you may be overtraining. now im not saying shame on you- you may be able to do this routine very well. overseas i was able to workout out 3 times a day. i would say use your judgement. if you are doing all of this and still not feeling worked- you might consider meeting with a Personal trainer to get an excercise regime that works best for you that will up your game so you DO feel like its doing enough.
