sound good . but not easy to control .....
 
Taking healthy food when you are feeling hungry only will help you to lose your weight. In spite of doing exercise, running will also help you to lose your weight and if someone wish to lose the weight quickly then they must undergo some treatment.
 
Thanks everybody for your precious tips. I really liked most of the points , but we must take care that we should not jump for any crash diet and gradually move to much healthier and better options.
 
For most rapid weight loss I would suggest switching to almost an entirely plant based diet. This would cut out all saturated fats and other unhealthy fats from meats and dairy products. This would also cleanse your body in a way by restricting the amount of junk food you can have. I would eliminate all sugars that do not come from fruit as well. With a combination of moderate-intensity workouts 2-3 times a week you should see weight just melting off.
 
Eat a lot of vegetables. They are low in calories and you'll be fed . They are healthy and you'll have more energy too.

Saturated fat is not unhealthy. That's just a myth, which is based on horrible science. Fat, poultry and dairy are not junk food. Your diet advice is horrible, no one wants to eat vegetable 24/7. It's not sustainable for 95% of the people.
 
There are very simple ways to reduce your weight quickly -

  • Rise early and go for a walk for at least 30-45 minutes
  • Do some normal physical exercises like sit-up, running, puss-up, etc.
  • Drinking a minimum quantity of water at least 4 liters a day.
  • Eat a lot of green vegetables and fruits.
  • Last but not the list strictly avoid any type of junk foods and high calories foods.

To lose weight it must be go with some rules. I think no one should think it as diet rather thinking to get a good health. A god eating habit and some exercise can help you.
 
It doesn’t matter WHAT diet you follow. Because diets may make you lose weight, but you will NOT keep it off. The most important thing is to make LIFESTYLE changes to lose weight and keep it off for good. Diets don’t work nor does fad products and pills.
