Hello Mama's!
I am the mom of a 9 month old. I breastfeed exclusively and plan to continue until he is at least 2. I am currently at 173lbs and my first goal is 155. I feel my biggest problem is eating less. I eat pretty healthy but I eat a lot. When I diet I feel like my head throbs all day long. Everything irritates me. And I have no energy. I am trying to cut down to 1500 calories a day. I really want to loose the weight before Easter so that my relatives dont see me so big. Is it common to feel so wiped out when dieting?
