Dietary/Exercise Question

Hi, new here so please be nice. (hope I've posted in the correct place)

I am 23 year old bloke, and weigh just over 18 stone/114 kg

I exercise regularly (pretty much everyday except Sunday), in total I would say I do about 7 hours a week (football, Badminton and air walker at home). I general eat the correct foods, I am a typical binge drinker (fri or/and Sat only-never in the week). I just cant seem to lose weight, am I doing the wrong exercise or do I need to do more?, or do I need to be more careful with what I eat, perhaps sticking to a diet? I know the drinking doesn't help, but I enjoy that and in all honesty I am not prepared to stop. I am a member of a gym, but I prefer to exercise in a competative environment.

Any advice/tips would be appreciated.

thanks

Re-Read your post -binge drinking might be your problem

Hi Hi!!
Im 23years old too. Female. Your much more active than i am for a starter.

If youre really serious about losing weight you should focus on it.
Than after you can drink moderately. ^_^
I stopped binge drinking for a month now. And i still have fun going out!!

If its too hard for you to quit, try exercising really hard during the week days.
And when its time for you to make the choice to drink or not. Think about the 5 days you worked your butt off and in that 1 night you can shatter all that hard work.
Will it be worth it?

But yeah, weird your not losing weight. Cos u seem pretty active.
