Diet when not doing excercise

Hello i just wanted to ask what should you eat when you cannot excercise properly for some circumstance; should you carry on eating 5-6 meals a day or do you cut back because you cannot burn it off? Feel free to respond

whenever i take breaks b/w cycles, i still have all my meals. i just have less overall calories since i wont be as active during those days.

and i cheat more during this time also :D
 
Stick with your normal meal plan. If you're going to be inactive for more than a few days, then you can reduce calories slightly - the easiest way is just to cut back on portions a bit.
