I've been reading this thread for a few months now ... its the best one i've found online ... can yall make some suggestions for my diet to loose weight and be healthier? I workout on the elliptical for 1 hr, 4 days a week (trying to make it up to 6 days) it burns 700 calories. I'm not sure i'm eating enough according to what yall have posted ... but i do drink beer on fri night and sat night
I could maybe add some eggs and toast for breakfast .. but i dont like egg whites but egg beaters are good but i think someone said those arent healthy ... also, someone once posted to get rid of the tomatoes- are they bad for you?
Breakfast: Yogurt
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Turkey or Chicken sandwich (lettuce, 2 pieces bread, tomato)
Snack: Banana
Snack: small caesar salad (70 cal dressing)
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, one steamed potato, steamed brocolli
