It's "fake" sugar (aka Sucralose) 0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 fat. It's fine in my opinion, but still to much of anything isn't good. To some people it can cause bloating, abdominal pain, gas etc.. but the one side effect it doesn't have is fat.
but yea i dont like anything else but orange juice water or diet soda....and after a while water gets old to me i mean i love it but once n a while i have to have a diet soda
ditto, i hate our tap water because i'm in a hard water area, so i drink mineral water but it still gets bland, i was thinking baout buying soluble flavourings but i don't know how much fat they would contain calories etc.

exactly. same here. I dont soda at all now. All i drink now is water except sometime when i m at someones house and they make me drink coke haha otherwise if its on me i wont drink soda at all. Nothing like water
I used to drink a coke pretty much every day 'cause it was at the school concession stand for only 50 cents but I stopped drinking when the concession stand started opening after the busses left... now the fizz in soda bothers me.
A recent study in Italy fed rats with aspartame and a scarily high amount of them developed leukemia and other very unpleasant diseases. There was a segment about it on fox news.
anyway no more aspartame for me which means no soda WHATSOEVER, diet or regular
