I mean no disrepect at all but the text talk is just killing me and more important really makes it hard to understand what your saying. It really doesn't take that much effort to write out words like "am", "are", "what".

Regardless of that grating on my skull like rabid woodpeckers here is some info...

Flax-You can get Flax seeds (actual seeds), Flax seed oil, or suppliments (pills). Flax contains Omega-3 fats and some fiber as well. It has a kind of nuttish flavor and can be mixed in with just about anything. I personally put some oil in a already mixed Protein shake to get a little more good fats in my diet.

Whey-is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. The protein taken from that is used in Whey protein shakes. You can get Whey protein shakes in various shakes and flavors. Its also a staple to my diet.

Udo's-Is a company that produces various suppliment products but their specilty is a oil combo of fatty acids that from what i hear is very good.

Hope that helps. as far as the first two you can find them at any local store.

Hey Jelly Belly. Do you find it hard when you have to type an essay or something and you revert to using messenger language? I had a problem with that lol now I just write normally all the time.

The GI (Glycemic Idex) is a scale of 1-100 (I think- don't have time to double check that right now). The lower the number the better. Lower numbers mean the food is less likely to cause an increase in insulin.

that list isn't for trying to lose weight in particular. it's just a compiled list of foods that are good to try if your going on a shopping trip for healthy foods. . .
