Diet Schedule

I have been lurkin around here for a while. I am also a memeber just dont post much. This forum has given me all sorts of information and I would just like to to say thankyou.I have been doing HIIT in between workout days. So 3 days cardio for 20 mins and a hour or so weightlifitng workout on the days of no cardio.I have noticed a drastic change in my body. I used to be fat and flabby now I am more toned and muscular.I just need to drop about 15-20 lbs and ill be set. I plan to keep on this scheldule,but I havent really messed with a diet. I just seem to eat less and when I do eat less I eat better things. I usually pass up the unhealthy things.I have been reading that it is better to eat 6-7 meals a day than to hardly eat at all so I am here to task you guys what should I eat and when. I am no a fan of oils...I see the fish oil and olive oil and such is some diet plans. Is there something I can substitue for that? I need a nice daily diet I can folow I would like to lose 20 lbs in the next 2 months or so. So someone please help me set of a diet plan so I eat heathier and get my metabolism up real high.BTW I am 16 6'3 and 200 lbs.I normal meal for the day is usally some lunch and dinner and it varies every day. I am not ins chool now and over the sumer I wanna take full advantage to that and eat right.I not the type to fiend of cakes or sugar i really ont like them in general. I love salads,sanwiches,water and fruits and veggies. i just dont know when to eat these things and how much of them to eat.

for the fish oils etc you can get them in tablet form (no bad taste)

have a look at the thread "how's this" for my meal schedule idea and tell me what you think of it (if it's food you would be happy to eat)
 
Well your better off then a lot of the general population, in the sense that a lot off ppl have a sweet tooth that can be very tough to over come when dieting. From what you have said, your diet is pretty clean. Watch your carb intake, that can be the killer in the deal of fat loss. Other then that eat 5-6 small meals a day with plenty of water intake (3-4L). Hope that helps. Good luck
