I recently just made a post in the fitness area and I now realize I think this would be the better spot to ask the question.
Here is what's going on: I am 6' tall and around 155 lbs. I am rather thin and my body is well toned for the most part, but I am looking to shape my abs a little more / better. From doing exercises I can see my abs are shaping up, but just not as much as I was hoping they would. I am pretty sure the reason I am not getting the results I was hoping for is due to my diet. I'll admit it hasn't been the greatest, and I'm looking to change that to help my abs and perhaps other parts of my body as well.
I'm looking for recommendations for what I should be eating daily and what I should be staying away from. Any input is much appreciated. Thanks!
