diet planning

hey guys, i was just looking for some help and diet advise

i'm 5'3'' almost 5'4''

20 years old

currently weighing 123lbs

i have a small bone frame, so i'm trying to get down to 110lbs by mid december...

i've calculated that to be around 18 weeks, losing a little less than a lb a week, i was wondering if yall had any advise as i am a full time student and worker.. so most of my meals are semi home made..quick easy

where should i try to keep my calorie count daily?

should i lie low on anything specific? (sweet [sugar and/or artificial sweetner], salt, carbs, etc)

i'm excersizing in a gym about an hour 3 times a week with a half hour of intense cardio in those sessions, and i am also pretty active in my everyday life..should i add more workout days? is this enough? what kind of excersizes should i be doing?



basically im looking to set up a diet plan just for me, and was looking for advice and tips

p.s. i've been recovered from bulimia (with the help of my wonderful boyfriend!) for 6 1/2 months now..going strong! so i'm trying things the right way this time around :)
 
How long have you been doing the cardio?

I ask because at your size and age, I really dont advise doing much dieting at all because the calories would have to be so low it would be hard to get all your nutrients. I would just clean up the diet, (whole foods, protein, etc.) and hit the gym.

Start a resistance training program.
 
i was out of the workout game for about 4 months, and have been back in for about a month and a half...

i cant do a pull-up o.0
but my push up count (stong and correct) is about 22 :)

i should say my goal is to tone up, but since i can't messure toning as easily, i set a goal weight for myself..i think i'd be happy at 115 depending how i look

but yeah, i'm competitve so i set a goal to keep me watching what i eat and working out :)

Sounds great! Well Like I said, being small as you are I wouldnt advise dieting to strictly. I mean a fat loss diet for you is going to be like 1000-1200 calories, which unless you are up for some serious micro managing of your foods, I would try and clean it up a bit (sugar, processed carbs, more protein, veggies, etc.)

Just hit the weights and add some lean mass. you may be surprised what you see.
 
same height, same goal as you! let's move on...

Now I am 115 lbs.

I started to lose weight when I was 123lbs in June this year.
