Diet Plan for better me!

Okey so hi! My name is Pie and I am 14 years old and I am facing alot of problem right now...u c I am over weight I am about 57 kg and my height is 157 cm and I am asian(ppl here almost all of them are size "0") and my weight is a big concern here in my family since we have a public apperence here as a family in Thailand to consider!! Dam! I know it's horrible... oh and my family doesn't support me on losing weight but they just keep complainning about my weight and so on...so I am planing to diet and get fit now! I have 3 more years before collage to lose at least to 48kg...ok so can u help me plan my excersie? please I really need help!!

avilable option:
- I have sauna at home
- I can do at least 2 kg of jogging
- I want abs hmmm so I can do crunches( pls tell me how much i need to do)
- i have the circle thing that can spin around my hip
- hmm about my arms they are big and it seems like most of my fat are on my legs and arms
what should I do?

pls help organize my plan thank u!!
 
You have a lot to learn, but that is honestly your first step. You need to read around the forum a LOT, because DIET, WEIGHT LIFTING, and HIIT will be very important to reaching your goals.

For losing fat, you have to have a strict diet! You can do all the running, lifting, biking, rowing, whatever, and if you aren't eating right, you won't get anywhere. You need to eat in a caloric deficit, getting protein at every meal, timing carb consumption properly, and getting healthy fats.

Weight lifting comes in big time, because it is how your body will retain the muscle, and only burn fat. Research this, and do compound lifts, full body, 3 times a week.

HIIT and other forms of cardio are going to come into play a lot. I like to mix up long runs, and short, intense HIIT sessions. Read, read, read, and then get out and get started!!!
 
Pie- What is your diet like? Just list an average day....Do you drink soda? Water how much do you drink a day.
Can you do some type of carido each day...start with 15-20 minutes just to get your body used to it. It is not going to be fun in the beginning but stick with a new healthly life style and you will love it.
You can do a total bodywork out with just your body wieght to begin with.
Squats,lunges,crunches,pushups. Investing in bands(very cheap) will give you a lot more options.

Remember that it is not that important to be a size 0- Just be healthy.
