Hello all,

I am new to the site. I have always considered myself to be a fairly fit individual, I made a new years resolution to eat better for my heart and for my brains longevity. I have done a fair amount of research to find the right kind of protein and all natural supplements that aid in helping the body recover. As a result I lost 20 lbs that I didn't even know that I had to lose and I am here to pass on the knowledge. I feel people should be able to feel great, and since I feel better then ever I want to pass it on. So drop me a line and say hello.

Yes, I agree. Diet is very important. We know so much more than we did 10 years ago. I switched to rice for my main carbs, and it has helped me to maintain my weight for many years now.

We also have discovered super foods, which are making us be so much more productive and have more longevity.

Thanks for starting this post. I'll definitely be back to post more.

Hi to everyone, I am new to the site. Eating the "right foods" is critical for your body as well as doing the correct workouts for your body type. I never thought I would be gluten sensitive until I took a food sensitivity test and I tested positive for gluten. After eliminating gluten from my diet, I also got rid of my irritable bowel syndrome. I feel like a new person. YES
